Memorial Day is this weekend, and you have a choice: skip the cookout this year & save room for Wednesday Wine Explorers, OR load your shopping cart up with bags of buns, pull out the tongs & apron, have an epic barbecue & still come to Wine Explorers on Wednesday May 29th. We recommend the latter!
Wine Explorers is a weeknight wine tasting from Chef Sandra Cordero & Beverage Director Scott Baker modeled after a restaurant staff training (but you don’t have to spit!). Join us in our backyard (bar mezzanine) for the official start of grilling season, Xuntos-style. We'll be tasting 3 barbacoa-ready tintos made for a cookout on the playa, from grapes like Ull de Llebre, Valdigué & Garnacha Peluda (sizzling!). Each wine will be paired with a pintxo from Chef Sandra grilled over charcoal. Stick around after for more tapas, wine & tunes!
