Whether you just rolled out of bed or you’re coming back from dawn patrol, you need brunch—not just any brunch—Spanish brunch, with eggs, bacon (Ibérico), burgers (vaca), pancakes (filoa), waffles (morcilla), churros (sí), empanadas, strong coffee & stronger cocktails (buenos días).

We’re thrilled to be host Rajat Parr for Father's Day Brunch! Raj will be in the house pouring his wines & telling tales about the city of vines (aka Los Angeles), big bottles, bigger piles of compost & what it means to call a wine Misturado.

Parr is a James Beard award-winning author, wine professional & globally celebrated sommelier. His California winemaking career began with Sandhi & Domaine de la Cóte in Santa Barbara.

More recently he's moved both up and down the coast: settling in Cambria (San Simeon) to tend two extremely cool sites at Phelan Farm, & working his way back down the grapevine to hundred+ year-old vines here in Cucamonga for his Scythian Wine Co.  We’ll be focusing on the these two labels, particularly those with Galician roots: Palomino, Mencía, Trousseau (Merenzau), & Alicante Bouschet (Garnacha Tintorera).
